Closes #4

Restores the managed release gates with direct digest-pinned security scanning, reliable container SBOM generation, explicit API contract documentation, and the current frontend contract baseline after the WorkbenchApp split.

Validation:

  • backend: 1,636 passed
  • frontend: 151 passed
  • frontend typecheck and production build passed
  • npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities
  • API contract audit: 153 implemented routes match the documented contracts
  • shell syntax and M14 launch-asset checks passed
