+- [ ] Confirm `AGENTS.md` is visible.
+- [ ] Confirm docs folder is intact.
+- [ ] Confirm `.env.example` is present.
+- [ ] Confirm Docker is available if using containerized PostGIS.
+- [ ] Create a new git branch: `build/foundation-v0-1`.
