# External Services Adapters
Externe bronnen worden uitsluitend via adapterservices aangeroepen.
Elke adapter heeft: name, capabilities, fetch(area, parameters), normalize(raw_data), to_dataset_record(), error mapping.
V1 adapters: GRB en OSM. V2: Sentinel. V3: DHMV.
Elke adapter krijgt fixture-backed testmodus zodat CI niet afhankelijk is van internet.
