The CP correction is committed and tested; the native root is absent. CQ permits one native-SDK materializer invocation with the proven 1,800-second configure bound and a 1,048,576-byte SDL-build output cap. Scope ends at the native static archive; export, RetroArch target and PS5 actions remain excluded.
