Remediation

removed ten generated deployment/evidence summaries, seven temporary audit documents, twenty-five design-validation baselines and five AI/project-state bookkeeping files;
replaced concrete private deployment and automation topology in maintained Unraid/demo runbooks with operator-controlled configuration;
hardened Git, Docker and source-archive boundaries for credentials, databases, backups, generated evidence and local AI/editor state;
added privacy-aware contribution guidance and an exact history-sanitation record;
re-scanned maintained docs, deploy files, artifacts, backend, n8n and scripts for the previously committed private host marker.

Explicit non-actions

No visibility, Git history, license, tags, releases, existing branches or unrelated PRs were changed. Synthetic demo screenshots were retained pending an explicit visual review.

HISTORY_REWRITE_REQUIRED for former operational summaries, screenshots, agent-state files and old runbook revisions. Retained synthetic screenshots require owner review before public publication.
