Hardens exact repository-to-workstation synchronization by quarantining dirty/untracked local work for Codex review and preventing normal ForgeFlow recovery refs/stashes from being accidentally restored or pushed. Also hardens source and binary update preflight, ownership handoff, startup verification and portable rollback behavior. Managed full validation succeeded on exact head bd4240f109 (run 5814).
