Test Fixtures

Fixtures should be tiny, deterministic and safe to commit.

Planned fixtures:

• geospatial/project_area.geojson
• vectors/reference_buildings.geojson
• vectors/predicted_buildings.geojson
• rasters/tiny_raster.tif or generated raster fixture in tests
