Codex Pass 07 — Map Workbench

Goal

Implement the first usable map workbench.

Must implement

MapLibre map container;
area drawing or import if feasible;
layer panel scaffold;
area details panel;
project/area API integration;
geometry display from backend;
error states.

Must not implement

full GIS editing suite;
unsupported 3D;
live provider fetch.
