Codex Pass 08 — Test and Fixture Hardening

Goal

Make the repo safer for autonomous future passes.

Must implement

deterministic backend fixtures;
smoke scripts where missing;
API contract tests for implemented endpoints;
frontend smoke/build check if frontend exists;
fixture manifest update.
