Codex Pass 08 — Test and Fixture Hardening
Goal
Make the repo safer for autonomous future passes.
Must implement
- deterministic backend fixtures;
- smoke scripts where missing;
- API contract tests for implemented endpoints;
- frontend smoke/build check if frontend exists;
- fixture manifest update.
