• docs/SEGMENTATION_PIPELINE_SPEC.md

Required:

• Model registry seeds.
• Detection run endpoint.
• Segmentation run endpoint.
• Deterministic output from demo fixtures.
• Store outputs as geospatial records.

Acceptance:

• Detection run creates predictable building detections.
• Segmentation run creates predictable vegetation/water polygons.
