Codex Pass 07 — Map Workbench

Goal

Implement the first usable map workbench.

Must implement

• MapLibre map container;
• area drawing or import if feasible;
• layer panel scaffold;
• area details panel;
• project/area API integration;
• geometry display from backend;
• error states.

Must not implement

• full GIS editing suite;
• unsupported 3D;
• live provider fetch.
