v0.1 Foundation Target

Goal

The v0.1 release proves that GeoIntel can run locally and handle the first geospatial foundation workflow.

Included

• FastAPI backend foundation.
• PostgreSQL/PostGIS connection.
• React frontend foundation.
• MapLibre map.
• Project/Area/Dataset foundation.
• GeoJSON fixture validation.
• Minimal storage and metadata extraction.

Excluded

• AI inference.
• Segmentation.
• Live GRB/Sentinel/DHMV/LiDAR integrations.
• Training.
• AI Copilot.
• Advanced reporting.

Release gate

v0.1 can be tagged only when:

• make readiness passes;
• backend and frontend start locally;
• Sprint 1 success definition is met;
• known limitations are documented.
