## Before the first public release

- [ ] Pass the complete backend, frontend, migration and container release gate.
- [ ] Verify the clean-root publication candidate and local all-ref recovery
  bundle.
- [x] Confirm redistribution/provenance for the retained portfolio screenshots.
- [x] Configure a monitored private security-reporting address or Gitea security
  channel in `SECURITY.md`.
- [x] Finish a fully hashed, platform-specific lock for optional CUDA/Ultralytics
  packages; base container images are already digest-pinned.

## Product work

- [ ] Expand end-to-end documentation for adding a governed data provider.
- [ ] Add reusable queue/storage quotas for public demo workloads.
- [ ] Publish synthetic benchmark examples that contain no runtime or location
  evidence.
- [ ] Continue accessibility, performance and responsive-map verification.

## Implemented capabilities

- [x] Add full threshold calibration comparison UX
- [x] Add guided in-app detection calibration runner
- [x] Link guided calibration rows to the QA evidence map
- [x] Add guided calibration summary export from the Detection Lab

Accuracy claims remain governed by [ACCURACY.md](ACCURACY.md); missing evidence
must fail closed and generated evidence must stay outside Git.
