- Geen mockdata als echte functionaliteit.
- Werk changelog, TODO en execution log bij.

## Acceptatiecriteria
- Passdoel is testbaar.
- Blocking issues zijn expliciet gedocumenteerd.
- Geen regressies in eerdere passcontracten.
