This file tracks known preparation gaps that Codex may close during implementation if they are in scope.

## Gaps Codex may close directly

- Production GRB WFS adapter details.
- Full LiDAR processing.
- Training/fine-tuning studio.
- Hosted deployment target.
- Model registry UI.
- QGIS plugin.

These are not blockers for V1 foundation.
