drag changed the journey from Select to Verify and displayed “result awaiting
verification”; the mobile status card remained below the drawing toolbar,
horizontal overflow was zero and the browser emitted no warnings or errors.
### Remaining behavior by design
- The proof state becomes complete only after real QA evidence exists. A spatial
selection result without QA deliberately remains “awaiting verification”.
