Fixes the exact managed-validation failure across the UTC/Europe-Brussels midnight boundary. Demo follow-up dates now use the configured local calendar day, and the regression test is frozen at 22:30 UTC to keep this deterministic.\n\nLocal evidence:\n- Python compileall: passed\n- git diff --check: passed\n- the full test suite will run in managed validation (local environment has no project dependencies installed)
