Synthetic seed data
The committed CSV snapshot is fully synthetic and generated by generate_seed.py.
Regenerate deterministically:
python seed/generate_seed.py --anchor 2026-08-01 --seed 20260801
The application importer must preserve the named demo references in docs/13-seed-and-demo-scenarios.md. Normal write APIs must enforce invariants even though the controlled seed/import path contains deliberate legacy data-quality conflicts.
