# Synthetic seed data

The committed CSV snapshot is fully synthetic and generated by `generate_seed.py`.

Regenerate deterministically:

```bash
python seed/generate_seed.py --anchor 2026-08-01 --seed 20260801
```

The application importer must preserve the named demo references in `docs/13-seed-and-demo-scenarios.md`. Normal write APIs must enforce invariants even though the controlled seed/import path contains deliberate legacy data-quality conflicts.
